We help companies to keep their multilingual content easily up to date and therefore spread your word much faster.
Following we describe how the terms of service (“Terms”) cover your use and access to our services, software, and websites ("Services"). Despite the reside your agreement is with Aligner OÜ Company.
Services and Delivery
app.aligner.io enables to get instant pricing and order Translation Services and collaborate with the third parties at your command, so please think carefully about placing each and every order, as well as what you share and with whom. We aren’t responsible for the behavior of any third parties, partners either linked websites.
Prior to placing an order, you'll be asked to confirm the instant pricing based on the word count, language, industry, and delivery date.
Upon successful payment, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of the performance of the services.
The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon the performance of the services. The delivery is added to app.aligner.io into the same collection where the order was initiated. All ordered translations will be aligned as compared to master language.
User(s) will receive the notification of the delivery.
Upon the successful payment, the receipt of your order will be generated in PDF and available on the "Orders" page.
If not satisfied with the quality of the Translation Service, we will do our best to provide you a new delivery of the Translation Services. We may offer a full refund if a user requests one. Please follow the procedure described in the Refund Policy.
Standard delivery time for Translation Services is 24-48 hours, smaller orders might be delivered as fast as within 4-6 hours.
