Aligner Refund Policy

We help companies to keep their multilingual content easily up to date and therefore spread your word much faster.
Following we describe how the Refund Policy covers your use of services provided by Aligner. Despite the reside your agreement is with Aligner OÜ Company.
Ordering and Refund Procedures
If a user who paid for the Translation Service and is not satisfied with the delivered service shall contact us within 14 days from the delivery date and provide evidence of insufficient service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The claim shall contain:
Username (e-mail address)
Date of delivery
Evidence of insufficient service
Unless specifically requested, the user's account will remain active while the validation of delivered services. If the insufficient quality of delivered services is confirmed, a customer will get a new delivery.
The user has the right to a full refund if the claim is submitted within 14 days from the purchase date and the evidence is qualified, based on the conditions provided for in subsection 53(4) in the Law of Obligations Act.
All refunds are processed in EUR and will be delivered to the same credentials within 14 days from the claim submission if needed reflecting the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. All refunds are subject to this fluctuation and Aligner is not responsible for any change in exchange rates between time of payment and time of refund.
Aligner reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.
Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are constant and unavoidable.
Due to a delivery time starting from 4 hours, the cancellations cannot be requested after the order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed.
